Instruction Schedule is as follows:
In person- ages 13-17 grades 8-12th
Monday thru Thursday 8-12 pm, (4 hours externship)
Virtual- four day weekly instruction schedule

PSA is dedicated to growing a generation of exceptional staff ready for hire. Our faculty are passionate about the subjects they teach and bring this enthusiasm into their lessons.
We offer a wide variety of courses ranging from Etiquette Plus, Exceptional Server Training, Housekeeping, customized courses, and our new Intern Suite Course for students ages 15 -17 which focuses on job readiness. We have options that cater to every student's interest. Are you a beginner, expert, or somewhere in between? Not to worry! W
We offer a wide variety of courses ranging from Etiquette Plus, Exceptional Server Training, Housekeeping, customized courses, and our new Intern Suite Course for students ages 15 -17 which focuses on job readiness. We offer a classroom setting or online courses designed to prepare you for real world experience. Our curriculum is six weeks to 18 weeks per semester for home schoolers and six month programs for employers that want to keep their staff up to date on new standards.
